Words are so important!!

I just re-read the Geno Book on Cinnamon.. For GATHERER it is listed as Diamond food..

In BTD non sec. Diabetes book it is AVOID!!!

The words in the GENO book for Fruit Pectin and Molasses under FREQUENCY: AS NEEDED would have given me permission ... permission, permission!!

I am so glad I tested out as needing BTD instead.. and going to BTD for diabetes was even better..

But having been educated in the early books interpretations.. of Super being Medicinal foods, Beneficial as healthy foods, and leaving all the rest to when I cheat.. (when out of the house) has made it so much safer for ME to interpret what I read MORE correctly!!!

(I would be lost if I had read the GENO book alone- being nonnie and all!!)

BUT MORE IMPORTANT than all that is that: WE HERE have to opportunity to KNOW so much MORE than if we had only the GENO BOOKS available..   The grounding INFO in all the preceding books and THE DISCUSSION HERE .. is ENORMOUS!!!

For the price of a book (or a free book from the library even) we can come here and learn every day.. from each other... and even from the Dr.D, a Scientist in all uses of the words, he teaches us one post at a time, and all free for the learning!!!!!!!!!  WHAT a GIFT of BTD to begin with and the GENO and other books to follow with this posting board for support!!!

AND YET I would LIKE to be able to find out why the difference in cinnamon???

That question makes me AAAAAppreciate the enormous work that went into the search for answers and how much of what needed to be explored.. was done behind the scene and without any fanfare.. just for the benefit of us all... INCREDIBLE!!!     WORDS leave me!!
