I am now seriously depressed... Just got off the phone to a major supplier (there are only 3) in NZ of turkey, who when asked, said they feed their birds soy!!! They do this particularly as the cost of other grains rise...
Uggghhh I knew I had reacted when I ate the last lot of turkey & stupidly I just bought another one!!

Is that all they feed the Turkeys or do you know what percentage of soy they use?

I did actually cook & eat turkey last night & this morning & no ill effects...Am really thinking the onion is what effected me more last time I cooked meat... Have not had onion since thinking that through... & no new break outs & now things are healing up well!!
