YES I told you Lola would come in here and give good advice..

follow not the BTD book sent to you---  you had followed that before and got heartburn, instead follow Geno Gatherer foods.. ---  (list on the right)   follow that list.. and see what will happen ..

Lola is right, follow the GENO list for now..

Being here is invaluable, but not enough. We need ALL the Doctors. I needed them for a very small cancer spot-I could never feel!!! Please do your mammograms! Doing so saved me from cancer later on. I am grateful! Thanks for learning from my experience! I was lucky! I wish the same for YOU!

Welcome Catsmeow, good advice here. If your up to making pizza, but not crust , you can use spelt wraps. Use my own toppings. Also good size for one person.

Swami, 100% me..

I think spelt is an avoid for O nonnies, and I forget what it is for Gatherers.

Gatherers are a "limit or avoid".

Is that "state of mind" or New York or Arizona?

This is probably a new thread. I just was on another thread about how long our Mum's breastfed us. That being said, here's a question; As a non secretor, does this mean that our breastfed children did not get my antibodies from the breastmilk they got from me? I think this is common sense, but please someone enlighten me on this.

Very interesting reading, and I'm not surprized, because I'm aware that breast milk has lots of goodies in it that we are not even aware of. Thanks for that link Lola!

And welcome to catsmeow. I just reread the thread. When this stuff is all new to you it can be overwhelming. But it is also fun. Just keep reading, keep picking up more and more info as your brain can handle it. You will be amazed!
