Now that I have booked my flight for my summer vacation in France, I'll be traveling Air France and have many onboard culinary choices  ! I am wavering between kosher and gluten free. Does anyone have any experience with airline gluten free meals? Would it be loaded with corn-derived products? Would kosher be safer for a Hunter   (that would make me a Kosher Hunter, !) It would make the flight attendants laugh to see a Chinese-looking kosher passenger  .
