MY blood test showed it:: prunes are IN.. My numbers are back to PRE GENO GATHERER levels .. back to 1.5 years before numbers.. minimum 15% improvement!!!

ITS all your fault as it is DrD's as well.. I will be well and get better every day.. (and that even after I messed up for three days!!!!!!)

Good job!!!  Just imagine what it'll be like after another year of compliance...  all of the cravings will be gone and you will be an old hand at compliance - just walking by those samples in the stores or "treats" at a show, etc...

It is really motivating to get numbers like this, isn't it???

Numbers you say ?   Numbers.. well I think three month ago... I switched from GENO to BTD again.. but for diabetes.. and changed my breakfast for a large part.. to broth  and blanched veggies.. leaving me more food for later in the day....

I was on GENO Gatherer for a year and my numbers where through the top.. not good but also PARTIALLY my own doing..

BUT then relatively recently I tested which diet and came out BTD as makes sense .. BTD is for ACCUTE situations, while GENO is for 20 years hence.. well my situation became 'critical' and I CAME HERE in January (again) for all of YOU to HELP me... coodods to all, man so many, I am grateful to all   ..

Yes on top of the Andes or the Himalayas.. with someone with more wrinkles then I have.. rosehip tea.. no need for sugar..
