The diabetes book says avoid. The others seem to say ok benef for O nonnies ....
it's not a veg with oil??? ...it is a Berry!!! so then once in a blue moon??

I agree. It is easy to flip between BTD/GTD when one has an item you really want as a beneficial and the other lists it as an avoid or neutral. |

In general, it's a good food for O nonnies- except for those O nonnies with diabetes (or those O nonnies who are prone to diabetes and are following the diabetes book to prevent it.) |
