How many people have been able to read his books and are now healthier for doing so that might not have been able to due to the price..? And how many people have they shared it with and so on and so on...

I agree GZ... I first discovered The BTD for $1 in an op shop... And to me it was the best dollar I ever spent!!! I am such a tight a@*se I would not have spent more on an untried/unheard of "diet" as IMO I'd already tried 'em all...5kg less later, I was hooked & on the "journey"
