I recommend deciding on what diet plan you are following: SWAMI, GenoType book, or the cardiovascular book.
If you just follow one, you do not have to worry about conflicts between them.

Ghee, Clarified Butter Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Cheese Romano Cheese
But SWAMI might determine other values for you. |
