can you be more specific?

do you mean up in typebase?

you could try the search feature on main page for any specifics on any given food you wish to know more about....

Yes on the typebase, encylopedia and live right.  If the food product is bene. for a
secr. they tell you what good it is for you. but if it is good only for a nonnie, they don't tell
you what you benefit from it.

my nonnie O daughter asked me why pomegranite was good for her.  I told her i don't
know

Avocado is another food that is bene. for nonnies only, but it isn't mentioned what the result is, or what the benefitial part does for the nonnie.

I tried the search but came up with very little.  Why doesn't Dr. D come up with a book $
for nonnies only??  I'm sure nonnies would like that.    I'll try the search again tomorrow

"Live Right 4 Your Type" is a book for nonnies.  I don't recall it having extensive food lists (maybe it does), but it explains everything about nonnies that they could ever want to know.  I had a lot of "ah-ha!" moments.
