So does anyone know why turkey is beneficial for A Non secretors.  On the subtype list there is always an explanation why- prevents diabetes, better alternative than most, but for the non secs, there isn't any explanations.  Just curious if anyone knows why turkey????

I do not know why. But I know turkey works for me.

It also is at least neutral for all blood types, so it works well when having company with either mixed or unknown blood types.

Turkey lurkey...I love the legs, thighs and necks the best. Oh...and bone broth from the bones.   And...then crunching on the cooked softened bones.   Yummilicous.   Bones and broth...good for calcium.
