So does anyone know why turkey is beneficial for A Non secretors. On the subtype list there is always an explanation why- prevents diabetes, better alternative than most, but for the non secs, there isn't any explanations. Just curious if anyone knows why turkey???? |

I do not know why. But I know turkey works for me.
It also is at least neutral for all blood types, so it works well when having company with either mixed or unknown blood types. |
