Hi all and nice to join the community,
I've been following the BTD for about 18 months with progressive congruence, first on type O diet and 4 months ago found out to be a nonnie, which was no suprise really having read LRFYT!
So anyway, I lead a quite busy lifestyle being both a full time osteopathic student, part time waiter, and have a few other personal concerns to deal with. The BTD has helped a lot, but I still suffer from IBS, sometimes severe epigastric discomfort - which I am getting a H.Pylori blood test done for in two weeks to exclude gastric or duodenal ulcer, dad had ulcer age 21 -, occasional knee pain after exercice (e.g. Tai Chi), slight diagnosed heart arrhytmia. and general fatigue.
I am a typical long and thin ectomorph and type O with regards to stress, and can totally feel the excessive adrenaline build up under high stress. Exercice, but also catechol do help.
So I thought taking some BTD supplements might help cope with things. This is what I am currently taking right before breakfast and dinner with pineapple juice:
- Polyvite O : 1 capsule. As a general physiological activator. - Phytocal O : 2 capsules. For calcium and minerals. - Polyflora O: 2 capsules. For IBS and epigastric discomfort. - Catechol : 1 capsule, more if under high stress levels. Also for heart arrythmia.
Am I taking the right combination of supplements ? Would other supplements be more appropriate ? Would Clearcal (cheaper) be sufficient instead of Phytocal O ?
Thanks!

Yeah I had a rough idea of what I need already having used the determinator and read the product descriptions, but I was just looking for some extra personal advice anyone would be willing to share. Thanks for the ingrediator link but it redirects me directly to the determinator: http://www.northamericanpharmacal.com/4yourtype/determinator.plWhat is the ingrediator ment to do ? |

gives you all the ingredients available in each sup, so you do not duplicate when taking different sups at a time.
my extra personal advice is making sure you get the right supplementation out of your daily meals!
super beneficials, beneficials, diamonds, superfoods, whatever system you want to follow, indicates the foods which give your personal physiology the most benefit to keep it working like clockwork! |
