When I finally figured out I am a nonnie I was excited I could add some pepper and spicy things back in. I have always loved spicy stuff to some degree. It is the flavoring that makes me wild, can make anything taste good.
However as an explorer (not much question there if I am one, aligns with me perfectly accept my finger patterns and body are pretty symmetrical) I am suppose to refrain. That would make since if I was a secreter, I guess, but I want some flavor so I can eat more of the things I should instead of under eat easily or have trouble enjoying some foods. I read a little bit about people customizing their GenoType diet... I was wondering maybe if it would not be such a big deal as an A nonnie to add some red pepper, or the sorts, of ok-listed stuff to my GenoType diet. I think my biggest problems on just the BloodType was that Soy (explorer thing), rye, wheat, sugar, spinach, farmers cheese, where holding me back from feeling better. That and Pinto > Black Bean.
Anyways, just curious if anyone has recommendations, comments, experience, etc...
