I tried 1/4 tsp of ghee tonight with the brown rice blended with minced cauliflower and broccoli. After which I had a tiny bit of fish minced up.
Well that was 7 p.m. and now it is 10:15 and I still feel the warmth of it in my tummy. Also feels heavy and belchy and tightness. I cannot digest the fat without much difficulty.
So ghee is out for now.
I just had some spelt flakes hoping to add some fiber and cut some of the fat. |

would add some enzymes with every meal to help your digestion to become ok .....have an ey into http://www.natvd.com there are some fine pancreatic enzymes, add Isa 10 and get your 10 % as well ....or go for *wobenzyme * (not cheap )...... mostly all products are organic, and not expensive at all; then you might have a look for an ND which offers enzymatic therapies, go for some months and get this adjusted; your body and brain needs fats, you can't do it without ...wish you good luck and |

I am getting cold water fish into me so I am getting some good fat somehow.
Also, I have gastritis which is why I think greasier foods like ghee are not agreeing with me right now.
I am taking a plant enzyme when I eat as well. I am doing all I can, the rest is up to the Healer Lord Jesus now. |

yiiikes, sorry dearle but the feeling doesn't leave me that it might be merely of so called *believes* that you might have that problem ....Please don't feel offended it isn't meant to, but sometimes our psyche plays tricky games with us; especially when having gastritis this fat is a superbene coz of its butyrate which calms down gstritis effects .... so perhaps you might go and have an eye as well for uty EN from Allegy Research Group. They work famously in such cases as well unluckily here I haven't any advantage to offer with that firm ........ p.s. a good B-complex will help to restaure the gut as well & glutamin as Dr. M.Lyon wrote it in his book about gut restaurings wish ya all the best again |

luanaflacco, are you taking Intrinsa? If you could take this, at least you would be getting the butyrate and it would be more liable to get into your intestines, where it needs, than being in your tummy where it upsets it. Wishing you the best!! |
