I am having a difficult time today. I have lost 8 pounds and for me it's way to much. I am trying to rest but have 2 children I homeschool. I really am trying to eat mushy food and shakes but where is it all going? |

Are you on a totally fat-free diet? I know you have said that fats mess up your digestion. Is that any amount of fat? Or could you handle a tiny amount of ghee? It's going to be hard to hold onto weight with no fats at all. |

Victoria, I am able to eat some fish but oils make me sick. I haven't tried ghee or almond butter since I got sick. I could try a little but I'm afraid of throwing up.
Is it profitable to see a medical doctor about this at the same time I am being treated by a naturopath? |

I just ordered the protein blend for B. I am hoping my body will be o.k. with it even in small amounts. At least it's better than doing rice protein all the time which is throwing my bacteria out of balance. |

I am in need of more calories and nutrients because my tissues have been injured. I will have to just keep eating what I can while we work on healing the tissues.
She thought it a great idea to see my MD and so I set up an appointment for Monday. |

Good job. I was thinking that would be a good idea, but I am not a NP nor a MD. |

Luana, If you wanted to try some added fats, I would suggest to stay with the beneficials as much as possible. For example, add 1/4 tsp of ghee to your fish and vegetables. Ghee is especially healing, whereas almond butter is only neutral.
Another suggestion is to use beneficial vegetables and beneficial fish when you make your blender drink. The healing effects of beneficials is head and shoulders above what you will get from eating neutral foods. I cannot stress this point enough. Beneficials build superior health, as well as providing the nutrients needed for each particular blood type. Neutrals provide nutrients and that's about all. |

You may try 1-2 T black strap molasses, contain high potassium and high calcium levels, can take by spoon, in water, in tea. |

I tried black strap molasses on a baked small yam and made it as mushy as possible. I took it with a plant enzyme and it stayed down o.k.
Thanks, Victoria, for that point. I will do my best in that area. As for the ghee, I will attempt a tiny bit and see if I can tolerate it. |

luana,
Actually, the original constitution of your body may have been a lot of fat, sugar, and water weight that has started coming off rapidly since going on the diet. That's my guess.
In general, what we nonnies require is a general protein shift from which to derive energy. Have you tried shifting towards a higher protein intake, and also working out?
Finally, I've found that, even though we nonnies have a harder time metabolising oils, that a teaspoon of walnut oil and about a half teaspoon of sesame oil has really helped me a bit, since I'm not really good with carbs. |

It all started in early August when I ate too much food one afternoon for our family meal that had olive oil in a few of the salads and then on top of that I butter 2 rice cakes with ghee. After that I threw up 4 times. I have had trouble ever since.
Now I dropped from 100 pounds to 90 pounds from the inflammation I induced by trying out a BCl capsule on an empty stomach with water and then when I used ginger juice. So I am slowly healing. |
