We just moved and during the move I would get so tired,( Packing, and having to clean not only my old house, but the one I moved into, and it was bad), I was eating whatever was brought to me; cheese burgers, pizza, (not my good compliant pizza), and I began to lose energy, and get very irritable, my mind was foggy, and it was hard to make decisions, or to just focus. I was getting severe cramps in my inner thighs, I wasn't sleeping well, it was bad. I couldn't wait to get back on tthe BTD again. Wheat, dairy, sugar are so bad
. It is so true, that when you haven't eaten these foods for a while they really don't taste very good any more. Kumut flour doesn't effect me at all like regular wheat. It's gluten is very mild and easy to digest, so when I just have to have bread, or pizza, or cookies I use kamut flour. I've also used rice flour for cookies, and I always use agave syrup instead of sugar. I crave these things less and less, except maby my pizza.
