I decide to make this a thread instead of over-running skoriginals questions about BTD, nonnies and blood tests.

We did about 40 minutes of reflexology, and a few other things to stimulate pituitary functions.  We also did some work to figure out what kind, and how many suppliments to take, as well as readings on BMI, and cellular fatigue.  It seems on a cellular level I am very tired, and a little low on water.  No wonder I can't seem to get things done lately.

Also measured for SWAMI, hoping to have that done soon.

I am following her suggestions for the next 3 weeks that include a bit of a change on which supplements to take when, and adding some hemp protein in the morning.

Will let you know how the next 3 weeks go!!

Well, oddly enough I tested ok for oat bran.  I haven't actually tried it yet, but when I do I will let you know how I feel for the few days following.  And the hemp protien doesn't come as much of a shock, even though I eat my meat it seems it is not quite enough.

Himalayan salt was also recommended as a way to replenish the water in my cells.  I do drink a good deal of water, but not enough of it is getting absorbed on a cellular level.

If I remember to do it, I will ask her the exact term of the test she used.....I would describe it as a sort of "channelling"  that used a preset subconsious "positive and negative" reaction.

Hoping we can get SWAMI done soon,  because I am very curious about the whole thing.

I have been gone far too long.

With the Holidays, working long hours, missing my family, and starting a new business I find myself very depressed and have fallen off the wagon.  Nothing is getting done.  The house is a disaster, I have a "TO DO LIST"  that is easily 4 pages long, and I am finding it very hard to leave my house.  Gratefully, I have only gained 5 pounds.

The day has come to start again, and I visit Beverly next week.

I know in my heart and head the way to put my life back in order is to get back on the program, and find time for myself again.

I am also grateful that the first posts I stumbled accross were from drive55.  I know he is having great personal difficulties right now, but what a life saver it is to me!!

Welcome back, Becky, you will find things a little different now, since the genotype diet started.
Care to share the nature of your business? I know from personal experience how overwhelming doing your own business can be.
Welcome back from another O nonnie. I'm genotype dieting now, trying it out, but having a tough time being compliant, so I sympathise with that long to-do list.

Working on the GTD now, should have that figured out by next Friday.

I am now a Certified Coach for the Speed Equity Program.  It has taken up a great deal of my time.  I should have everything just right by the end of March.

It is just WONDERFUL !!   to be back again!

Just the 2 hours yesterday browsing the boards did so much for my attitude!

Another O nonnie welcome.  GTDing also as a Gatherer.  Diet is going well with a clearer mind and weight loss. And...like you I have a long list of to do's that are finally getting done.  Just take it one day at a time.  Welcome back.

Debra
