Yes, Ron-O-Non it is goooooood for us. (Memory-you might want to give some to the bear so he can remember where he is going. ) I like to sprinkle it on my foods. Gives a nice creamy texture after it has blended with the foods. Especially olive oil or ghee. I buy mine in an orange container by NOW in the fridge section of the HFS and it is Non Genetically Engineered. You can buy lecithin either in soy or egg apparently. Have not been able to get it in egg as yet. Another yummilicious.
