Hi Cynthia, Vegetable glycerine (or veggly) is such a great sugar substitute.. I use it in my speltmuffins, I apply it on my skin, and add it to my handcreme  it is awesome and for multiple purposes.. Cocky  |

Hey Lola!! Not bad at all sweety!! Life is wonderful once you realize you must 'live' it and not 'question' it!!  Had a great holiday in France in a nice gîte in the Auvergne, with my friend Hans. We needed holiday badly.. Just too bad that even the Carrefour in Moulins does not carry spelt flour  So we had to eat wheat in the last few days...  after days of baking our speltbread in the gîte's oven. We survived  How are things in Mexico Lola?? Hurricane Dean is on his devastating way I gathered from the weatherbroadcasting??? Hope the damage will be minimal.. I hope to meet you during the 2009 Seminar Lola!! I really hope to be there.. And yes my life has changed a lot for the better. Bad times are always followed by great times..
