Hi Don! I did find three in my vicinity, so I plan to write to one this weekend to see about making an appointment. Thank you again for all of your input!  Becky, thank you very much as well! I know you are right about falling off the wagon. Did you see the practitioner yesterday or is it next Thursday that you're going? I hope it all goes (or went) well, and I look forward to any information that you received. Very best wishes to you, too! I hope each of you has a wonderful weekend! I have my sister signing up for this forum to check out the information, too. I went grocery shopping last night and have a refrigerator filled with healthy, appropriate BTD foods. Thank you, Lola! I feel really positive about making changes right now. I've been drinking lemon water all day and had some fresh watermelon tonight. Wonderful work Stefani!! A little preparation makes eating better so much easier. Also, I think I have put myself in a bit of a rut, so I need to do some refreshing myself.
I started a new thread about my visits to the practitioner so that we don't over-run your questions, and what other people had to say about them. I could listen to these wonderful people all day long!
If I may ask, what prompted you to have your sister join the boards? |

Had yet another blood test done a week ago, I see my doctor next week to see the results. This is the 4th test we have done, because each one comes back slightly higher than the last.
I am also going to get a referal to an immunologist. Having difficultly with joint and bone pain. Some will obviously be resolved by diet. But I know from before, there is a lot of pain even after following the protocal to the letter.
God Bless Dr. D and the protocal.......it truely is the one thing that heals my body AND my mind!! |

At the moment, just the BTD and the arthritis (sp?) book. Working hard to get to the GTD. What I also need to make time for is the Encyclopedia again and look up a few things. Oh if only there were 30 hours in a day!  |
