Is apple-cider vinegar mustard an avoid for O-nonnies?  It contains no wheat.

Is vinegar based mustard is an avoid... can we make non-vinegar based mustards?

In the past, I have simply sprinkled organic mustard powder over my salads; then I added some Celtic sea salt, and one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.  It's simple and fresh.
