Is apple-cider vinegar mustard an avoid for O-nonnies?  It contains no wheat.

Is vinegar based mustard is an avoid... can we make non-vinegar based mustards?

In the past, I have simply sprinkled organic mustard powder over my salads; then I added some Celtic sea salt, and one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.  It's simple and fresh.

Phred, you can check the archives of my blog if you like, there's an entry on making your own compliant mustard.
