I use chicory root in my morning green tea and call it my coffee. Then have another cup before bed. I buy the roasted chicory root in bulk and use a coffee filter to keep the grinds from going into my cup. Maybe your bottle of chicory is something like this... |

You may wish to exercise caution with chicory. It's great for those with no sugar problems or high sugar, but terrible for those who tend to be low. Take care. CB. |
