Hi,
Does anyone know why all non secretor blood types are advised to eat more protein and fewer carbs than secretors? |

Mandy, welcome!) get acquainted with the forum and all features of this website. If you go to the top of the page and click on member centre (on the top right hand side of this page) and get yourself a nice avatar (located on the left) then we can all see what blood type you are and you won't have to type it each time you post. -if you want to add information below your avatar setting, such as Rh +/-, by going to the Profile Information section in the Member Center and typing in the Personal Message box. You can also create a Signature of any other information you want to share that will go at the bottom of every message you post. -You can also create a Signature of any other information you want to share that will go at the bottom of every message you post. http://www.dadamo.com/cgi-bin/Blah/Blah.pl?b=refread the threads in the Reference Section |

Mandy, depending on what blood type they are. Nonnies in general do not metabolize sugar as well as secretors.
what type are you? |

I am type B. Thanks for avatar info. Will see with this post if I did it correctly. If not, I will try again. As for sugar, I have always known that it does not agree with me, but am curious about other carbs. For example, in Live Right for Your Type it says Caucasian type B secretors should have 2-6 servings of meat and poultry while non secretors should have 4-7 servings. For grains its 5-9 for secretors and 3-5 for non. But this is not just for B's. Even the A non secretor diet is lower in carbs than the A secretor version. Must have something to do with insulin efficiency. |

Hi,
Got my avatar fixed correctly. Now, what does "winter, hidden potential" above the avatar mean? |
