Some month ago, I had a thread written here : how to loose weight. Do you remember ?
Yes it's me, and I had a horrible time 3kg plus 2kg minus and so on. At last I had 105,5 kg. Suddenly I red the threat from a nonnie, who cut out all the grain and carbs. She lost 5kg in a short time. Well last week I began to do so too. Lucky enough I had 102.6 today in the morning. Seems as if it work. When I was 14 years old, I made the "Atkins diet"(today low-carb) having had 80 kg I dropped to 67 kg in one year great stuff! But it's hard to live on Atkins all the time, so I was back to normal live with grains, white bread and so on. When I was 19 I had 80 kg. I got married in the age of 28 and had 96 kg . When my wife got pregnant (I was 31) I gained weight to about 109 kg (I'am not really sure because by that time I didn't use a balance)
I just bought a new one when I was at the weight of 107kg.(so I know exactly) I tried Weight watchers and was quite sucsessful going down to 96 kg. I began to live BTD but I got very nervoes always had big appetite. Being hungry all the time I couldn't think of anything else than food all the time. I wunder how my wife could bear it. Up and down weight less weight more. Bad bloodpressure.
Now at the age of 47 Ia'm trying to combine BTD and low-carb. I'm calm (wich is very important )and I(seem to) loose weight. The conclusion for now is, if You have problems with your weight get your sekretor status testet. Stop eating grain if You are a non-sekretor ! Bye,bye for now, tell you more later.
