Quoted from diffy
Gosh, I'm overwhelmed by all this info! Is there a list of all allowed foods?
Typebase4 is the most current, up-to-date food list. Albeit, the information is not on one full page in any type of graph or chart format; it does allow one to verfify information and food values from food category to food category or from food item to food item for each individual blood group. Shouldn't be hard to have it mailed to an out-of-state relative or friend, then arrange to go visit them, ship it from there, and have your relative/friend forward you the written results. It's worth knowing.
Agave makes an amazing substitution for honey. Bakes nicely and can be dumped into COLD liquid (herbal tea or something) and it dissolves. I've been using it in my homemade icecream that I whip up in my brand-new Vita-Mix (bless my husband's heart---what a great anniversary present). Of course I don't use milk, I just use fruit (or cocoa powder if I'm making chocolate), agave nectar, a little vanilla, and a bunch of ice cubes. Amazing. Amazing. And did I say.....AMAZING. It's like sherbet. Or Italian ice. |

I'm in Atlanta. It might be a little inconvenient to come pick it up. But I'm willing to help if I can. |
