Hello, I'm about to embark on a candida cleanse. I'm going to follow the D'Adamo protocol. Before getting started, I just wanted to get some input from some of you non-secretors who have followed this protocol. I'm on a limited budget and some of the D'Adamo supplements that are needed are quite expensive (such as the polyflora O and ARA-6)

I've been on the D'Adamo Yeast/Fungal protocal for a four days now and I think I'm experiencing die off. I started the program taking the maximum dosage recommended. How would I know if I need to cut back? Maybe, I should cut back and start with the lowest recommended dosage for a week and then up the dosage. Any recommendations from experience would be great. Thanks.
