Hello, I'm about to embark on a candida cleanse.  I'm going to follow the D'Adamo protocol.  Before getting started, I just wanted to get some input from some of you non-secretors who have followed this protocol.  I'm on a limited budget and some of the D'Adamo supplements that are needed are quite expensive (such as the polyflora O and ARA-6)

Regards,
Marion

When starting a ER4YT health protocol, the first supplement listed in the protocol is the item that would be the most beneficial to the individual.

One can taper the other supplements thereon, dependent on budget, availability, convenience.

I've been on the D'Adamo Yeast/Fungal protocal for a four days now and I think I'm experiencing die off.  I started the program taking the maximum dosage recommended.  How would I know if I need to cut back?  Maybe, I should cut back and start with the lowest recommended dosage for a week and then up the dosage.  Any recommendations from experience would be great.  Thanks.
