I just completed making this five category list from the Health Series FATIGUE Book for one of my long time clients.  Type O, Non-secretor.

Would anyone else like a copy sent to them via email?  

The format of the list is five categories with bennies and frequent neutrals in five columns on one page, (landscape view) and infrequent neutrals and avoids on another page/side in four columns.  Another page includes all the recommended protocols.

Please make sure you include an email addy in your pm for me to send you the list.  It is too big for a pm.

Also, pm me again if I haven't sent you to list in 24 hours.  I think I've sent it to everyone who has included an email addy, but I may have missed someone.

I'm sorry.  Not any time soon I expect.   I only made this list up because I have a client who has Fibromyalgia, MS and Lupus, and I wanted to help her out.

Use the "pm" (private messaging) system located in your member center.  I will make it easy for you.  I will send you a pm, and all you will have to do is go to your member center, click on the pm, and then reply to it with your email addy.  Soon as I get that I will email you the 5 catgory lists for Type O.
