Stephanie_Jackson,

You might be interested in viewing the following 'Hemp Protein Powder' thread if you have not done so already:
http://www.dadamo.com/cgi-bin/Blah/Blah.pl?,v=display,b=nonnie,m=1167272606

The protein powder featured in the website has hemp powder in it--similar to the powder that you are currently using, but it does not contain any avoids.  Currently, hemp is compliant for all blood groups as it is not officially rated/tested.

When talking about cutting out grains for weight loss, does that mean wheat, or all grains? Does that include the essense and manna bread?

So that does include the Manna Bread as well. I love that stuff. I make it myself too.

Thanks Lola

add your manna to your diet and see if you still loose the weight......
if not, then omit it.

we are all different......sprouted grains are healthier by far.
