When talking about cutting out grains for weight loss, does that mean wheat, or all grains? Does that include the essense and manna bread? |

all compliant grains, of course..... wheat is not an option to many types........ avoids are simply considered avoids.
do not follow the zero grain advice for weight loss, if weight isn t an issue for you.

add your manna to your diet and see if you still loose the weight...... if not, then omit it.
we are all different......sprouted grains are healthier by far. |
