Hi again, why can O-nonnie's have almonds, almond butter but no almond milk??  Sorry to keep asking ??? But this nonnie thing has me all thrown off  What are the odds that my HB & me are nonnie??  I just can't belive it

I believe that homemade almondmilk is fine- It is the store brought variety that is an avoid !

Most store bought non-Dairy milks have various ingredients that should be avoided.

Not sure though, but Almonds and Almond Milk are virtually Neutral for all Types (except O-nonnies).
