Help.  I love to bake what kind of sweetner works for A-non & O-non?  I was using raw sugar.  Also no cheese/dairy at all for O-non yikes   my hubby's not gonna go for that.  Is mozzerella really that bad?

Arthritis, but its because of a compound fracture 9 years ago.  Other than that he's healthy

At least he can have butter, ghee and eggs.

How about Agave Nectar.  It's in Dr. D'Adamo's meal bars that are sold in the NAP store, so they're ok for all blood types.

there must be a very good reason for cheese to become an avoid or infrequent neutral, which is almost the same thing.
