They pack the fillets raw with a little sea salt into the lined cans.  The canning heat is what cooks the fish.  No water is added.  So delicate and tender!

They aren't a big mega-corporation, so I don't know what their shipping policy is.  I buy cases of their canned salmon, so maybe they'll ship it.

There's some real worries going on among the fishermer of the northwest right now.  It seems that the government is promoting fish farming on a massive scale and beginning to squeeze out the local fisherfolks.  Also hydroelectric dams are killing the wild salmon as they try to swim upstream to spawn.  It's a concern.

That irritates the **** out of me!  Leave the fish alone!  What can we do about it?

What people around here are being asked by the fisherfolks is to contact our congressmen and women and legislators.  These edicts are coming out of Washington, not the Pacific N.W.
