Hey Victoria,
Seeing that you are from Oregon, can you recommend a fishing company who can send me some fresh wild caught salmon? WF only has farm raised....lately anyway. Oregon has the BEST salmon!
Here's the best of the best, in my opinion. A fishing family, and great people too: ************************ Fishing Vessel Pices Wild Pacific Chinook Salmon [Eco-friendly, troll caught (hook & line); Meticulous handling/quality fillet & pack; Retains heallth promoting Omega-3] 541.266-7336 541.821-7117 ************************ They pack the fillets raw with a little sea salt into the lined cans. The canning heat is what cooks the fish. No water is added. So delicate and tender! They aren't a big mega-corporation, so I don't know what their shipping policy is. I buy cases of their canned salmon, so maybe they'll ship it. |

Good, SlyParrot. If they ship, and you are fortunate to get some, please let me know what you think. That stuff has become one of my favorite foods. |

Victoria,
The fish is on it's way to the desert!
Translation: SP ordered some of the salmon that you recommended, and it's being shipped to her in Las Vegas, Nevada. |

Fish!! Oh, YAY!!!
I can't wait to hear what you think of it!
There's some real worries going on among the fishermer of the northwest right now. It seems that the government is promoting fish farming on a massive scale and beginning to squeeze out the local fisherfolks. Also hydroelectric dams are killing the wild salmon as they try to swim upstream to spawn. It's a concern. |

What people around here are being asked by the fisherfolks is to contact our congressmen and women and legislators. These edicts are coming out of Washington, not the Pacific N.W. |

Hi Isa! How are things going? Have you slowed down long enough to tell us how you are? |

Hey Victoria- Actual answers to a 6th grade history test: 2. Moses led the Hebrew slaves to the Red Sea, where they made unleavened bread, which is bread made without any ingredients. Moses went up on Mount Cyanide to get the ten commandments. He died before he ever reached Canada. (more later ) was this your test? |

Laura wrote: "was this your test? " ***************************** No Laura, A friend gave me a list of 18 really funny sentences that real children had answered on real tests. I wanted to share them with others on the forum who like to laugh, but I only have room for one at a time on my signature. I will change them each day or two, so whoever is interested can read them all. |
