Some more thoughts:

Jacob cooked a stew.   (I did this today with all SWAMI superfoods and it was delicious and my Well-Being thanks you.)

...and indeed I wonder: if a child is conceived in anger or with force of harm, will that make the offspring have to deal with issues not common around peaceful happy people?? If conception can indeed be the early beginning???? could it really matter how conception itself is planned for?? ???? also interesting.


When I see other peoples medicines schedule-I am happy to be here taking care of my health I only wish to drop weight more easily-life would be perfectionBeing 'here' creates understanding. BTD prevents damage from eating avoids. Thanks Dr D & your sups - all support and friendships

Not really.  Just the fact that Dr. D mentioned Jacob from the Bible, and then I had to just take off from there with my usual dumb ramblings, thus... the letter N, it being the 14th letter, the number 14 itself, 14 years of Jacob's labor, 14 is 7 times 2, blah blah, etc. etc.  It presented itself as another "chain", a chain of coincidental ideas that I decided to string together.  Keep in mind, Adam has a very warped way of thinking.
