Are you sure some mushrooms don't go with that, A.I.? |

Any oil will help, i used to use olive oil but now find coconut oil is more user friendly topically.
although you should reduce sugar and increase good oils internally to really get to the rout of the problem
like everything the more work you put in the better the results you get. |

when mom had it .. I cut the nails all the way to where the healthy flesh was- very carefully- then I kept the feet dry out of shoes as much as possible, use whatever you will.. it is my belief that fungus comes from the insides.. They have a pill that gets rid of it for the day.. but fresh air and hygiene vigilance is the key. Take a spoon Olive oil internally as well. will not hurt. for many nail polish is a sure way to mess with healthy nails.. |

Get back to a healthy gut and elimination system - includes intestines, liver, kidneys, lymph systems. Clean out any metal /chemical waste out of the body. From my experience, as the body heals, it will take control of all problems, including toe / finger nail problems. |

Agreed! The right diet is a must and without it, everything else is a temporary fix.
However, for that external care, wash feet morning and night and let dry completely before putting on shoes. Saturate around the toenails with a tea tree and essential oil blend, such as Dessert Essence Lavender/Tea Tree Oil. Keep the shoes off as much as possible.
I have also heard of success with using vinegar in a food soak or as an application, but have no exact recipes for that. |

Yes, tea tree oil helps a lot!
When I drink too much alcohol or overdo it on sweet stuff, I get it. |

Oil of oregano. Here's one link to a site where the gal shows you how she used it. http://www.vega-licious.com/toenail-fungus-treatment-natural-remedy/There are other ideas on line. Google keywords: Oregano Nail Fungus ADDENDUM: I must add that Oregano essential oil is normally never to be used topically, in anything other than extreme dilution; it is highly irritating. So when applying it undiluted to the nail, be careful to avoid the surrounding skin. |

Dr. D'Adamo told my friend to put white vinegar on it every am and pm--- might take a year to clear up as the nail grows.
Nothing grows in vinegar. |

here's a weird one: a friend who's really into pure everything says Vicks vaporub on the toes does it. It's the camphor. (anti fungal) |

VapoRub has, if I'm not mistaken, a petroleum jelly base. This is an excellent delivery system; it does not penetrate but holds, as a matrix, the essential oil in place over the exact spot targeted. |
