Wow, you guys!!! Love this!!! You all are so creative!
I even started "grounding" while I say some morning prayers in my backyard.
I leave the dogs in the house...
then go, barefoot, out to the grass and stand on a sunny spot, do some deep breaths (yoga) and feel the calm as I start; first just being still and listening to the air, birds, etc. then actually praying. I only spend about 5 minutes but it feels good.
I agree about the energy...awesome....all across the country!
