after reading this

"Because of its potent healing qualities you don’t need much.  Dr. Lad states in his book Textbook of Ayurveda General Principles of Management and Treatment that if one teaspoon or less is eaten per meal, ghee can actually help to increase HDL, the good cholesterol.  Some additional reasons to use ghee when preparing your food are:

• Digestion (helps absorb and assimilate nutrients)
• Improves memory
• Helps increase flexibility by lubricating the connective tissues
• Carries the medicinal properties of herbs into tissues (yogavāhi)
• Stimulates the liver to produce fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K"

i wonder if it also helps Dr D's supplements to "go into motion"  better: such as Cortiguard or even  Trehalose and Ara6 as well
it seems to me that since i've started Swami - and its wonderful suggestion about ghee - then the supplements too give me more energy, but yet i don't know if it is due to Swami or ghee.....

I believe we're instructed to keep fats away from Trehalose. I thought I read that on the Membrosia thread.

Membrosia Complex includes lecithin and trehalose and is combined with the oils in the Fluidizer to make the Membrosia System...

Due to the combination above, I don't see any reason to keep the trehalose away from fats.  If the individual is having trouble assimilating fats, adding some lecithin would be helpful...

I think it is the whole combination each contributing its part.  By following the diet, your body doesn't have to deal with as much toxicity which allows it that energy to spend on healing, etc., which makes the whole body work better, so it needs less energy to do what you are doing, and so on...  It just keeps getting better!

Avoid consuming any fatty foods for fifteen minutes after taking Membrosia.

Sorry about that, I've confused Trehalose with Membrosia Complex, which have different supportive ingredients.

But I'm left wondering... do the fats in food interfere with the synergy between the Fluidizer oils and the Membrosia Complex? Or ingredients other than Trehalose?

I'm asking because it's sometimes difficult to time supps and meals accordingly.

I don't know the definitive answer, but I would think that as long as you are eating beneficial or even neutral foods, the fats just from those foods should be fine.
If you are adding excessive amounts of fat to food during preparation, there may be synergy interference.
It also may depend on how much food combining principals help the individual's digestion.  If someone is aided tremendously by food combining, then they may have more sensitivity to mixing more items...
