If your talking to my post, yes, that was over 15yrs ago. Every time I've gone to a Doc. for something. (4x) I've always been able to tell them what was wrong and what I needed them to do. I've also always been poor, and never go to a Doc unless I really need to. Lucky to come from a strong healthy family.

Nope was not referring to your post-- just in general that Self Diagnosis is not the best way to go for most things.

Constipation can contribute to anal fissures.

While you are healing, you may get some relief from the use of non-alcoholic witch hazel applied as a compress.

If that doesn't help, try virgin organic coconut oil

Hope you feel better soon!

thank you so much. i've a lot of gas too.
i'm feeling that when it goes "out" so to speak, i feel better, the pain is less and the blood too.
i can't imagine what i eat that caused all this disaster. since the infamous onion i can't deal with my body.
today i think that even the eggs gave their contribution to the nightmare. after i eat amaranth and eggs i stayed on the sofa on my knees.
by the way please tell me what is pommade?
thank you

I'm guessing that pommade is like salve. She probably was mentioning the forms of witch hazel. I have only seen it as a thin liquid.
There is hair pomade which I think is some goo to put on a man's hair. That's why I assume she means something similar.
