sorry, i'm a bit embarrassed but there it is.
i don't know why and what to do.
it began 2 days ago in the morning. previous dinner i ate cod with raw onions and lemon and cilantro, endive.
is it possible that it is due to red raw onions?i really don't understand and besides i feel a lot of pain and there is even blood.
help, thank you

It is quite possible to have many different unpleasant symptoms during the initial detox and healing phase of the diet.  Soft tissue cleaning usually happens rather quickly, followed by old bone and nerve injuries that didn't completely heal or ???

For some people, the entire process is very quick and for others it takes years to get through.  If the symptoms are too much, you can reduce the % of beneficial foods you are eating and eat more neutral foods.  Please still avoid the avoids though!

ABJoe, what you say make me feel good, at least i'm in the right direction. of course any avoid stuff is avoid as well, i do really hope that the suppls would help me in this "detox process", yes actually i do feel a low backpain too.

In my experience usually a sugar issue of some kind, possibly fructose overload, wheat, onions, apples, pears are high in fructose. so if you are eating any of them in larger than usual amounts, eat less and space any fructose load out, avoid large amounts at any one time.

Don't fall into the fibre trap when people say have more fibre, it makes it worse. when I say fibre I mean grain fibre, not vegetable fibre which is good.

You may like to have a breath test for Sibo and or Fructose.

i think you are right. i kind of wonder about onions, now i can be quite sure about that after what you said.
yesterday then i ate even pumpkin! steamed though but then..
and today it's a nightmare, believe me, i can't walk, stand up, sit down all is painful.
actually i was beginning to cry like a baby, sorry.
i don't have fever, i've just took the temperature.
is it possible that i am so sensitive to fructose? i mean i can't even eat these "beneficials" , well they are "diamonds" on my swami.

Not sure what version of swami you use. A Swami practitioner can adjust all these things.

just ease up on the high fructoses stuff. generally if you do that it all calms down. but it may just be an indicator that you are either not eating abroad spectrum of swami foods or you have SIBO. assuming you don't have a ucler or h pylori

It is possible that so many diamonds are causing an extreme healing crisis.  It is possible that when this episode is finished, that you may not be this sensitive anymore...  You'll have to go slow with re-introduction of these foods into your diet to see what, if any symptoms you have and how much of these foods you can tolerate...

yes, it's work in progress then.
i didn't know that diamonds foods could "clean" in such a powerful way to cause pain.
it's that, isn't it?

In all reality, I had been on the BTD for type A for 20 years prior to being genotyped and never did I have such a powerful cleansing experience with lots of beneficial foods on the BTD....certainly not as powerful and deep as the way SWAMI beneficial foods are working. Super clean foods deprive the body of new toxicity....and perhaps this is when detoxing gets deeper..  I never realized I could slow down my detoxing by eating more neutrals and less diamonds.... This is what I'm presently trying to do.  Perhaps my diet has been too clean.  My husband follows his SWAMI less compliantly than I do....and he has no aches and pains at all.  He did at first....when he focused on superfoods.... and barely ate neutrals or toxins.  Perhaps finding our own balance point is the answer...we are allowed to eat neutrals and occasional black dots. Healing will still
take place.

I've had fissures once sometime ago, before BTD. It was caused by Pop Corn. Since I didn't digest it the seed part, or maybe the hard shell scratch my intestine causing an infection. I didn't go anywhere just ate soft foods and it cleared up. However I now have a hemorrhoid not sure which came first. Bleeding is common with hemorrhoids. Constipation will bring those on. IF what you are calling an anal fissure. This means you are passing puss. I'd eat foods that are easily digestible for now, and coconut oil, or even olive oil on the anal area will help.

I have a friend who has had an anal fissure for several years. Hers is quite stubborn with a lot of pain at times.  She is on a message board about it & takes Metamucil to get thru it all. That is not recommended by drs. as it can be habit forming, but she needs relief from the pain.
She also is a type A. She doesn't formally do the BTD, but doesn't like red meat & doesn't appear to be a big eater. I think she gets enough fiber.

Yes, there are such things. I don't know if the person here actually has one, but good diet always helps & is better than giving up.
Best wishes!

If your talking to my post, yes, that was over 15yrs ago. Every time I've gone to a Doc. for something. (4x) I've always been able to tell them what was wrong and what I needed them to do. I've also always been poor, and never go to a Doc unless I really need to. Lucky to come from a strong healthy family.

thank you all of you for your support!
today is better, no way i could even survive with that pain and loss of blood.
i am sure that raw onion at dinner began the mess and pumpkin the day after was the last step.

i am grateful for your help, i felt so lonely and in pain ..i can't thank you enough.
this is really a great "social health network".

it is so vital stay closer to someone who is in  trouble with this new approach to the food, the discouragement is just around the corner.

so: diamond or not i think that the next food rich in fructose will be very far from my lunch.

thanks again and again
