Anyone here who is lactose intolerant ?
How do you cope/go about adjusting your diet plan ?

I use water instead of skimmed milk when eating oatmeal (blood type B)
I don't really have any other use for dairy. Miss ice cream though.

Don't know whether you can have bananas, but if you can, a tolerable "ice cream" can be made using them. Here is a recipe to generally give you an idea of the delicious things you can make to take the place of ice cream!

Most people with lactose intolerance can still have dairy products that are naturally low in lactose, such as cheese, yogurt, heavy cream, and butter. Since Bs do OK with the dairy proteins themselves, you have a wider range of options than Os, As, and ABs.

But it's not at all a big deal if you don't ingest any dairy products. Take a look at some of the recommendations and recipes for other blood types, and you'll find plenty to eat!
