I don't know your age or conditioning, but there's a wide panoply (as you can see) of types of exercise good for Bs, from calm/mental (such as TaiChi) to the more strenuous (Calisthenics, Aerobics).
Why not try all that interest you and then decide which you like?
As for squash, it's a terrific workout for someone enjoying its speed and intensity, as well as the one-on-one dynamic competition. I wouldn't overdo it -- I associate it more with the O's need for its various components, including sweating.
I used to play tennis - almost exclusively outdoors - and it satisfied my desire for a mental game that was social and outdoors in the elements. But there was a time and place for that sport in my overall life trajectory, so......Remain flexible, and go where the spirit moves you!
