Hi Love to know who has done the test and how you thought if affected you

I am an NN my partner is a MN, doing a test for my daughter in the new year as she could be a NN or an MN.

I have tested a lot of clients and have found the test to be so important. sometimes as important for them as the secretor test. so am wondering why not so many people do it. It's not expensive and is an input on swami.

I have come across MM's that have had serious PCOS for example that when they adjusted their diet to eat less dairy they improvement was outstanding.

I'm adjusting mu aft intake as I'm an NN with as it turns out hypo cholesterol emia.

Dr D is so far ahead of the rest it is always amazing and so enjoyable finding all these things out on a daily basis.

Kind Regards PC. FIfHI Swami III Pro

Partner (F) is O+(Non) MN. Duffy Fy(a+b+),  Lewis (a+ b-) Gatherer.
DD ( is O+(Non)NN, Duffy Fy(a+b-) Lewis (a+b-) Gatherer

I have a rare blood antigen in the MN system and so I have found it difficult to figure out how this might effect all of my food values.  I don't seem to be sensitive to the other things that some O's have issues with, and yet my daughter has the same rare blood antigen in the MN system and she is more of a typical O, with a strong sensitivity to gluten, coffee, etc.  We are all individuals and I believe it is almost impossible to determine things when the full measure of our genes are taken into account.  The bottom line is that we are all individuals.  Follow your gut, literally, and you will feel better!  Use your intuition.

It's not clear whether you're addressing only practitioners with this post.

But in case you're also addressing the patient, my answer is that I don't know what this blood group is and how to get the test.  As well, until I read your post, I wasn't aware that it's just as significant as knowing one's secretor status (which I haven't had tested, either).

My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant.  Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index.  DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer.

Well, certainly in my case it was critical, because I do not fall into any of the traditional MN groups.  What that means and how that affects things, I'm still not sure.

Exactly, I have no idea what test it is, what it's test results are and how to go about getting it done or costs involved.

Honestly, unless I learn about something from this site, there is very little information out there readily available, unless you know what to ask. I can walk into my doctors office and even a rhumatory arthritis doctor and ask questions, they can't answer. If I bring up, which I did, if my diet might have anything to do with some of my test results, they give me the deer in the headlights look.
