So, I'm type O, I tried out the diet and on the first month I have lost 10 pounds. I ate clean about 90% of the time. Eliminated wheat (saw the Wheat Belly doctor on Dr. Oz -which confirmed that I should not be eating it) and most dairy products. Ate lots of fruit, vegetables and protein. Exercising about 3-4 x a week. Being on the road 90% of the time for business has been challenging but that's the fun of it all. Trying to find new ways to eat. This forum has been quite helpful.
So my question is - I'm venturing on to my second month. Any advice for maximizing my results of weight loss for the next month? What has been the best thing you have done for yourself on this diet where you have seen some positive results?

Congrats - I'd say keep up the same in 2nd month...   Will all depend on how much you have to lose of course (if a lot, you will most likely lose it steadily)

My recommendation is also to get your Secretor Status.  And then as you fine-tune your diet, you will know that you are really being accurate.  Keep up the good work, AND the great attitude.
