Yes A's are to go to bed at 10PM and here's a big D'Adamo proof why for me -

Is anyone else experiencing this as they age or try to correct imbalances?:

Getting a full 8 hours of sleep from 4AM to 12 noon is now a disaster. I wake well rested and within an hour of getting out of bed, feel run down or feel like victim of Seasonal Affective Disorder. The body can rest but later creates psychological feeling of anxiety. The skin feels scorched - something to do with the pancreas.

Mindful of being a 205 pound nonnie whose liver must rest overnight but I didn't know it would result in this!

Maybe some cod liver oil needed/source of vitamin D as I go back to regular sleeping pattern?

Your cortisol levels are controlled directly by the circadian rhythm.  Sleeping later, even though you may be getting 8 hours, is throwing off your hormone levels, which is causing these symptoms.

It may take several days or even weeks to get back on track, but it's probably the best thing you can do for your health.  In my non-expert opinion, of course.
