My son is rh+ and a secretor

His wife is rh+ and a non secretor.

They aren't causative, just correlated. Nonnies are more often RH(-) but there isn't a biological imperative, just a correlation with phenotypes. However the phenotype's have branches out while maintaining RH and secreter factors, so it's all a gamble. Anyone could be anything.
