At the current time I am experiencing Leaky Gut, my diet is almost all animal proteins.
Breakfast: 3 fried eggs in Ghee
1 oz ( 1/4 cup) turkey
sometimes goat cheese
16 oz Kefir
Lunch Beef or lamb soup with winter squash and zucchini, broth, eggs
OR scrambled eggs in Ghee
16 oz kefir
Dinner Steak or lamb steak or chops
Home grown canned green beans
twice a week, home canned apple sauce
A few weeks ago I tried to introduce nut butter, but it tore me up and I was no longer able to eat onion or garlic in my soup. Then I tried to eat 1 tsp of sauerkraut juice and it threw me into a zombie state for 3 days. When I got to where I could function and did some research and something some one had posted on this site, I think I have reactions to Sulfer. - that is along with cruciferous and oxalate plants.... It puts most veggies out of the running for me!!! I now know why as a child, I never ate any of them!!!
