I also take the Trehalose Complex, a tsp in a little liquid first thing in the morning. I like the combination of Ribose with Trehalose. Love the product! |

did take a little. i thought it was nice, but it wasn't really getting at the underlying issue for me. steven sinatra (cardiologist/author) talks about it a lot. |

I would ask why do you wish to take it?
It worked for me in many ways.. in TREHALOSE COMPLEX by Dr D..
The idea of it being in a sugar replacement that the body does not react to diabetes wise.. is wonderful.. I add it to drinks or take it plain.. makes me un depressed.. energetic.. feels really like it cleans the gunk throughout my body..
I would try it .. for anything. |
| When I see other peoples medicines schedule-I am happy to be here taking care of my health I only wish to drop weight more easily-life would be perfection Being 'here' creates understanding. BTD prevents damage from eating avoids. Thanks Dr D & your sups - all support and friendships |

D-Ribose was recommended for me for a while to re-energize at a cellular level after I had attempted to follow an anti-sugar diet to eradicate candida. The anti-candida diet failed due to heavy metal conflicts AND I shorted the body of essential carbohydrates to operate properly.
When starting, I had to take a pinch once a day to start, then increased over a couple of months to a tsp. twice per day. Once I got the body re-energized, I didn't need it daily any longer. Now I also take it as part of the Trehalose Complex, although I can't take it every day - more like once or twice a week. |
