Ok, I just checked (for the n-th time  ) if my results were in, and there they were.

I'm kind of in shock.

I always thought I fit the Explorer profile, being sensitive to odors etc., but when Swami changed me to Gatherer after my re-measurements and tweaks, I got a little suspicious   and decided to invest in the saliva test, as it seems it's impossible to get Lewis done here.

And finally, here it is.....

Hi Pixu - welcome to the club!! - I guess being from the Basque area you had to be a nonnie eh?! Yeah it's kind of weird/difficult how quite a few of the commonly available Gatherer diamonds & avoids etc become opposites, when you go to Explorer & vice versa

Pixu, maybe you could just do like I've done since everything about "baking" got turned upside down! I decided pancakes will work for just about anything including sandwiches for the time being. And I have found that they are so simple and so delicious used this way! You can hardly mess up at all with a pancake! I never in my life thought millet, amaranth and rice flour could possibly taste so good. Yummy! People who are not even on this diet just love them. I don't know which flours you can use, of course, but no doubt there are some that will work and Ruthie can tell you all about it!

I can have all you mentioned, I just haven't seen millet or amaranth flour, and when I asked they said they don't have them at all  
Maybe I could just get the grains (I've got some millet at least, I don't remember if I've seen amaranth like that even) and just process them into flour???

And I thought the quinoa chocolate cake was delish      

oh and how do you make the pancakes????  

Here is a search for "pancakes" at the recipe center...  This will give you a great idea of how to make them.  You may even find one with ingredients you can use.
