I'm surprised garlic is one of the recommendations for detox for O's. It only contains one thiol group, which means it just moves around the heavy metals. You need two thiol groups for safe elimination, like ALA.
Is the BTD all that good for heavy metals? I've been on the diet for 7 years and I still came out toxic. I'm very compliant. |

BTD is good for overall health, but it doesn't do anything specifcally to address heavy metals. If you actually have heavy metal toxicity, you'll need to take supplements to directly address that. |

I would assume some of the MIFHI's on the boards would deal with treating heavy metals on a daily basis? Any suggestions? |

My health care practitioner, a MIfHI and Phd, recommends a monthly Ion foot cleanse as part of the protocol for removing heavy metals. Lisa |

Are there any people who saw Dr. D or Dr. Nash for heavy metals specifically on this forum? What did they recommend? Is alpha lipoic acid the safest way to get rid of them? The detox protocol doesn't really contain any chelators... for O's at least. All other blood types get chlorella in the form of Harmonia Deluxe. |
