Called my doctor about my blood results. Unfortunately my T4 and T3 results weren't yet in, but I'll have those monday. And my results are beautiful (I think we have other measuring units here, so I'll post the max values as well).

My tryglicerades are 1.18 (max 1.8 )
LDL is 3.1 (max 3.4)
HDL is 1.6 (max 5.2)

For the rest there seems to be nothing wrong with me, only the doctor said I have to drink more water, because there are some bacteria in my urine... My response to that was "what! more?" I already go to the bathroom every hour and when I'm in bed I have to go every 15 minutes for two hours till I finally fall asleep.

Any suggestions on the bacteria? Any tea that would help? I don't drink a lot tea but every day I drink Yerba mate or green tea (one cup). I can't get any supps from NAP because I am just not willing to pay 80 dollars in shipping cost every time.
How do you eradicate bacteria from your body? Or could it be detoxing?

Cranberries are recommended for Urinary Infection.

Also you may want to tray some from the urinary tract protocol:

I think if the bacteria were here from detoxing, it would be dead.  This sounds like live bacteria.  In this case, it sounds like following either the Antibacterial Support Protocols or the Healthy Urinary Tract Protocols would be best.

can be a bladder infection as well, use essential oils ontop of the pubis and bladder area, it's working georgously... koriander or as discribed the 50:50% mix of niauli&lavender oil; one very effective oil also is cajetput but here be careful, it might iritate your skin a bit while using it too often....

I would think that having to go to the bathroom that much would be indicative of something going on and it wouldn't seem that just drinking more water would solve the problem. Not that it would hurt. I think the doctor has some 'splaining to do! Does he have a clue about how much water you drink or how much you are going to the bathroom?

Cranberry for sure... high amounts of either pure juice or the pill form.

The bacteria may be the reason you are having to go to the bathroom so frequently.  Agree with the cranberry juice and lots of water to flush out your system.  Looking forward to hearing the results of your thyroid tests.  Mine came back yesterday and my endo wants me to up my T4 (double it for 3 days) to get the free T4 up and then take one extra T4 a week to keep it up.  TSH was good but free T4 has been going down.

I checked the protocols and will check tomorrow what I can get at the drugstore as well as the cranberries.

Now logically the question follows, how do I get bacteria's in my body? They can come in through food of course, but everything I eat is cooked, so bacteria should be dead. Unless it's through bread or crackers or something like that, but I find that highly unlikely. Can it be through the mosquito's bites?
Any thoughts? I figure if I can find out where this is coming from I can prevent it next time.

Most bugs come in through physical contact with door knobs, etc. or through the air when you breathe, etc.

D-Mannose is good to help keep the urinary tract healthy.  It is the simple sugar that occurs naturally in cranberries.
