Interesting thread. I did well as a pescatarian, but I've added back turkey and seeming to do well with it. When I track my food intake I am always high in the protein area but I'm right where I want to be size/health wise. Makes me wonder if I'm an A2, all my ancestors (that I'm aware of) are Northern Europe, English/Irish/Scottish.
