Eagle Beach, I have always worked swing shift (4-midnight) and my last job, I worked 6pm-4am. I never tried sleep aids or supplements (other than my regular vitamins & supps) and still, after being out of that job for 11 months, I have a hard time falling asleep before 3am. That being said, many people have great results with melatonin. I hope you find some rest soon.

I was told a good calcium and magnesium supplement....calcium helps get you to sleep while the magnesium helps you to stay asleep....my naturopath verified this could help some but said to try to find a non oxide form if possible.
I have also used Bach's rescue remedy for sleep in the past and it helped beautifully!
