Hi folks,
My father is B blood type.
He recently discovered he has Osteoarthritis in his hip.
He recently had total knee replacement, suffering from knee pain for 10 years.
My parents have both been vegetarians for about 10-15 years. They eat seafood, but no furry animals.
BESIDES THE BUM KNEE AS AN OBVIOUS CAUSE, is there something in his diet that could have contributed to the Osteoarthritis?
My parents are tired of me lecturing them about the BTD, so I'm cautious to throw more advice in their direction. So if you could send me some links with Dadamo's research, that would be great! |

Hi, I've B-type friend who was vegetarian without sea food admittedly, for 20 years. Her eyes and heart suffered. Now she eats between B and paleo with no gluten and her eye and heart health have vastly improved, as has the beginnings of osteoporosis, but she does have arthritis in a hip. Not really an answer to your question, but a warning about other health risks! Joyce |

I know I’d be sick if I were a vegetarian. Search around the website for more specific information. Lola, Andrea & C+ will most likely come on soon and be able to point you to specifics. |

reading opens the mind in some reluctant souls
subtly have them read a book of Dr D s......
perhaps the arthritis book might pick their curiosity......and start them off asking you questions.......miracles do happen!!!
I for one am still waiting for my mom and a few siblings to get it.....oh well!! good luck!

I agree with Lola. In the B section of Live Right 4 Your Type there are several pages discussing possible health challenges due to lectin intake, but the Arthritis book is more on-target, in this case..
If they are sick of you talking about it, they probably won't read it if you suggest it. They MAY read it if you "forget" your book at their house, although I wouldn't be disappointed if they didn't. Some people just aren't ready. |
